What does the voucher actually cover?
The voucher covers the labour cost of everything above. You only pay for parts and materials used such as the parts and oils in the actual service and the pads in the brake pad replacement.

How long is the voucher valid for?
After purchasing your voucher is valid for 12 months, which doesn't start until you actually go into the workshop and use it for the first time.

How do I receive my voucher?
Via tracked courier or click & collect from the workshop.

How do i book in to use it?
Once you have your voucher you can contact the designated store directly so they can book you in.

Is there a limit on how many i can purchase?
Yes, you can grab up to 5 per customer. However these can also be gifted to friends and family.

Can i bring in my own parts?
No, all parts and oils must be purchased through the store.

Can i use this across multiple cars?
No, its one voucher per vehicle.
